Director

Job Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for the daily operation and management of the restaurant, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and cooperate with production departments (such as kitchens, bars, etc.) to improve overall work efficiency.
Monitor restaurant service quality, sanitation conditions, and employee performance, and promptly address any sudden issues.
Responsible for the development and implementation of employee training and development plans, and improving team professional quality.

Requirements:

Have good English communication skills, be able to use office software fluently for scheduling and related administrative work.
Have strong communication and coordination skills and stress resistance, and be able to handle emergencies properly.
Work seriously and responsibly, with good professional ethics and team spirit.
