專案經理

Responsibilities

• Work independently and take full responsibility for small to medium scale projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and lead the internal project team.
• Ensure accountability for project deliverables and timelines.
• Communicate project plans, functional specifications, and expectations clearly to stakeholders.
• Conduct project review meetings at each milestone.
• Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and manage client expectations.
• Control project delivery within assigned man-days.
• Manage Change Requests or Enhancements from clients, in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
• Foster a positive team environment and maintain good client relationships.
• Manage medium to large scale projects independently.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Team to identify opportunities and share technology trends with clients.
• Lead and mentor a small team of project executives.
• Provide guidance to teammates and support their professional growth.
• Maintain high morale within both the team and project groups.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of solid working experience in IT-related project management (standard role).
• At least 5 years for Project Manager role, with strong domain knowledge.
• Experience in mobile apps or web-based development projects.
• Proven record of successful completion of small to medium scale projects.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
