Job Description

Secretary/ Personal Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the supervisor in arranging daily itineraries, including meeting reservations, travel planning, and related document preparation.
  • Handle various types of administrative work, such as writing emails, reports, meeting minutes and data organization.
  • Responsible for the preliminary screening and reply of incoming calls and letters, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
  • Manage file systems and important document archiving, ensure information security and immediate accessibility.


Work requirements

  • Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, and be able to cope with a bilingual work environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality, able to handle multiple tasks independently and pay attention to details.
  • With a service-oriented attitude, quick response, and ability to adapt to a fast-changing work rhythm.
  • Typically require a college degree or above, those with relevant administrative or assistant work experience are preferred.
