Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Curation & Publication: Develop and curate a monthly Hong Kong lifestyle guide featuring the latest updates in sightseeing, entertainment, cultural events, art exhibitions, hotels, and dining.

  • High-End Resource Integration: Research, vet, and integrate premium travel and experience resources, with a focus on destinations such as Hong Kong and Japan.

  • Personalized Itinerary Planning: Assist clients in planning and customizing Hong Kong itineraries, including securing reservations for attractions, events, and coveted restaurants.

  • Client Concierge & Support: Provide local reception services for visiting clients and act as a primary point of contact for all itinerary and lifestyle-related inquiries.

  • Vendor Management: Proactively source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external suppliers and partners. Maintain and update a comprehensive database of trusted vendors.

  • Additional Duties: Fulfill other related tasks and projects as assigned by the department.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in luxury travel service (e.g., at a high-end travel agency), Hong Kong-focused editorial/content creation (e.g., columnist, blogger, journalist), or local client-facing roles requiring in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong's lifestyle and entertainment landscape.

  • Exceptional knowledge of Hong Kong's premium offerings across hospitality, dining, arts, culture, and hidden gems.

  • Strong network of contacts within Hong Kong's luxury service, hospitality, or entertainment sectors is a significant advantage.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client-service skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and proactively solve problems.

  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential; Mandarin is a strong plus.
