物業助理 (12-hour shift)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for regular inspections of the property, including the lobby, parking lot, elevator, fire equipment and public facilities, etc., to ensure that all equipment is operating normally and the environment is clean and orderly.

• Handle resident and visitor inquiries and requests promptly, provide clear directions and appropriate assistance, and enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

• In the event of a sudden accident (such as water leakage, power outage, public safety incidents, etc.), follow the predetermined procedure to make a preliminary response and immediately report to relevant departments and senior personnel.

• Actively establish good communication relations with residents, understand their needs and opinions through daily contact, and create a harmonious and friendly community atmosphere.

Work requirements

• Educational qualifications are not limited, with secondary three or above; able to read and write Chinese basics, with daily communication required Cantonese ability, English at a general conversational and understanding level.

• Must hold a valid "Security Officer Permit" and complete the recognized "Security Training Course" (QAS), with basic security knowledge and crisis management awareness.

• Able to adapt to a daily 12-hour shift (7:45 am to 7:45 pm), working 6 days a week, with rotating shift arrangements, good physical fitness and sense of responsibility.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the local employment and security-related legislation; no need to apply for a work visa.

• No experience is required, and newcomers are welcome to apply; those with property management, customer service or front-line support work experience are especially welcome, with positive attitude, attention to detail, and service-oriented thinking.
