Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including daily itinerary planning, meeting and event preparation, document preparation and organization, etc.
Responsible for effective communication and collaboration with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations and accurate information transmission.
Handle various types of administrative work, including writing, proofreading, archiving documents and handling correspondence, etc.
Assist with company registration, fee payment, reimbursement receipt collection and preliminary review, etc. related to finance.
According to the instructions of the superior, collect, sort and analyze the required information, execute the assigned tasks, and follow up on temporary special or sudden events.
Responsible for receiving visitors, handling company/public affairs and external liaison work.
Supervise, coordinate and implement other tasks assigned by the management layer, and assist in handling daily operations of the company.
Work requirements
Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, and be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Proficient in the operation of Microsoft Office and other commonly used office software, with skills in document processing and data sorting.
Applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant administrative or personal assistant work experience, with priority given to those with experience in serving high-level executives.
Have a high degree of confidentiality, strong sense of responsibility, and be able to handle multiple tasks independently and strictly abide by the work deadline.
Personality is careful and stable, proactive, and able to adapt to temporary or unexpected work needs.
Have good organizational and coordination skills, and be able to effectively support the management layer in the operation of various affairs.
Hong Kong driving license is given priority
