Financial Director

Core responsibilities:

• Coordinate company financial strategic planning, combine business development to formulate annual financial plans and budgetary solutions, and promote precise allocation of financial resources;

• Lead the funding procurement, allocation and investment project operation, conduct risk assessment and benefit analysis, reduce funding costs and improve capital operation efficiency;

• Regularly conduct financial analysis, generate business, cash flow and risk reports, and provide professional financial support to management for major decisions;

• Coordinate tax planning, accurately grasp tax policies, optimize tax burden structure, and prevent tax risks;

• Lead the financial team, improve talent development and motivation mechanism, enhance team professional ability and synergy efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• 10 years of financial work experience, of which at least 5 years of experience as a senior financial officer (CFO/Financial Manager) in large and medium-sized enterprises, those with experience in listed companies, industry leaders or financing and investment are preferred;

• Proficient in financial accounting, internal control construction, financing and investment operations, and tax planning, with solid strategic financial thinking; Have strong data analysis, risk prediction and problem solving abilities, and be able to adapt to the high speed development of the company;

• Outstanding communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently interface with banks, tax authorities, auditors and other external institutions, and promote cross-departmental collaboration.
