Clerk (General Office / Trading Support) Location: Mong Kok, Kowloon Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
About the Company: A well-established trading firm based in the commercial hub of Mong Kok, specializing in ., electronics and consumer goods. We are looking for a detail-oriented Clerk to support daily trading operations and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Documentation: Prepare and process trading documents including Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Invoices, Packing Lists, and Delivery Notes. · Data Entry: Accurately update inventory records, client databases, and shipment logs into the internal system. · Communication: Liaise with local suppliers, warehouse staff, and logistics partners (courier services, freight forwarders) regarding shipment schedules and stock availability. · Office Support: Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, answer phone calls, order office supplies, and maintain a tidy filing system (both physical and electronic). · Banking & Payments: Assist in basic bookkeeping, such as issuing cheques, recording payments, and reconciling petty cash. · Ad-hoc Tasks: Support sales and operations teams with any urgent trade-related duties.
Requirements:
· Education: F.5 / HKDSE graduate or above. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. · Experience: 0–2 years of clerical experience (experience in a trading or import/export firm is an advantage but not mandatory). · Language: Fluent in Cantonese, basic English (for handling invoices/shipping documents), and conversational Mandarin (to communicate with factories/suppliers). · Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel). · Personal Attributes: Responsible, organized, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure during peak shipping periods.
