Job Responsibilities

• Conduct property market research and analysis, systematically collect and process market data, covering property buying and selling prices, leasing trends, regional development dynamics and policy changes, etc. information.
• Provide comprehensive property consulting services to customers, including investment strategy advice, leasing planning and optimization of property management.
• Assist customers in property valuation and return analysis, evaluate the potential appreciation space and risk of assets, and formulate appropriate holding or disposal strategies.
• Responsible for the execution supervision of property development and management projects, coordinate progress scheduling and quality control, and ensure that the project is completed on schedule and to the required standards.

Work requirements

• Must hold a relevant property consulting license, have legal professional qualifications, be familiar with local property laws and regulations and industry codes of conduct.
• Have property market analysis experience, be able to independently collect, process and interpret various real estate data, and convert them into practical business advice.
• Have good project management skills, able to effectively coordinate communication and work processes between customers, architects, contractors and other partners.
• Proficient in Mandarin and general Cantonese, with fluent oral and written expression skills, able to clearly communicate with customers of different backgrounds.
• Have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills, be good at handling customer inquiries and complaints, and actively maintain long-term customer relationships.
