Job Responsibilities

· Independently produce Italian, pour-over, cold brew, etc. of all types of coffee, control the taste, appearance, and temperature, and ensure that the quality of each cup is stable online

· Responsible for daily cleaning, maintenance and inspection of coffee bar equipment, timely detection and resolution of small faults, and ensuring zero defects in equipment operation

· Warmly welcome in-store customers, accurately recommend coffee combinations, answer questions about origin, flavor, etc., and maximize customer experience

· Strictly follow food safety regulations and properly use food contact tools
