-Develop a medium and long-term business development strategy, and clearly define the expansion targets of Hong Kong, the mainland and the Asian market.
2. Customer development and channel management
-Proactively expand domestic and Asian regional customer resources, lead high-end strategic negotiations, deeply deconstruct business challenges and complex customer problems, enhance consulting and signing, and drive high-value solution implementation.
3. Brand building and market promotion
-Plan online and offline promotion activities, such as industry summits, high-end customer salons, online seminars, etc.
-Write market promotion content and enhance the company's professional consulting image in the industry.
4. Full case planning and excellent delivery
-Responsible for the full planning of large customer projects, including contract drafting, business promotion, customer evaluation and planning, copywriting, process design optimization and risk control, introduction of innovative AI frameworks and tools, and improvement of team professional skills.
5. Operation planning and team management
-Monitor project business costs and profit structure, optimize resource allocation, and improve company operating efficiency.
-Cross-departmental coordination of legal regulations, compliance, and writing to ensure project processing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
-Train business and planning team, enhance team professional ability and service awareness.
Entry Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, literature, business management, social sciences, etc. related professional background is preferred
2. Have at least three years of business and planning experience, with policy analysis, consulting, and resource integration skills
3. Familiar with the industry and market in the mainland and Asia, new media promotion platforms, and accumulation of relevant customers and cooperation channels resources in the mainland and overseas are preferred.
4. Have established domestic and Asian interpersonal networks and cross-cultural communication skills
5. Be positive and cautious in your dealings with others, and have good communication and business negotiation skills
6. Good English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
