Property customer service

Duties:

1. Responsible for lobby reception, visitor registration and access control;

2. Answer the hotline, handle owner inquiries, complaints and daily consultations;

3. Package receipt and delivery registration and facility reservation arrangement;

4. Document processing, notice posting, file management, and shift records;

5. Coordinate with engineering, security and other departments to handle maintenance and emergencies;

7. Be polite to owners and visitors, and maintain good relationships;

8. Observe the property work schedule and carry out daily work assignments.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) in writing and speaking;

2. Familiar with the daily operation, maintenance and complaint handling process of the property;

3. Proficient in basic computer operations (Word/Excel/Property System);

4. Responsibility, strong service awareness, patient and polite, stress-resistant;

5. Able to accept shift work, night shift, and holiday duty;

6. Be careful and meticulous, keep clear records, and strictly abide by the confidentiality of resident information.
