Part Time Credit Card Promoter (Bank / Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

• Approach potential customers at assigned locations (e.g., malls, retail shops, corporate offices or events)

• Explain credit card features, benefits, rewards programs, interest rates, fees, and eligibility criteria clearly

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Assist customers in completing application forms accurately

• Ensure timely submission of processed applications

• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies during sales activities

• Maintain full transparency (e.g., explicitly disclosing annual fees and penalty charges)

• Protect customer data confidentiality in accordance with privacy regulations

Job Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma

• Previous working experience as a salesperson in banking and financial industry is preferred

• Fresh graduate and university students with strong interpersonal skills will be considered

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Basic knowledge of banking/credit products

• Target-oriented mindset with resilience to handle rejection

• Presentable, confident, and able to engage new contacts

• Proficiency in using smart devices for digital application processing

• Fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua
