International Property Specialist

<p>RESPONSIBILITIES<br>Identify and qualify potential clients through direct, lead generation, networking, roadshows, referrals, etc<br>Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand clients' real estate and investment needs<br>Present to clients the benefits, features and investment strategies buying into Hotel101 properties<br>Stay abreast of upcoming developments of Hotel101 for future investment opportunities<br>Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential buyers<br>Support in realizing marketing plans and budgets<br>Set individual goals and objectives, manage sales quotas<br>Handling day to day sales related operations as well as providing support<br> <br>QUALIFICATIONS<br>Experience in sales is preferred but fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.<br>Fluency in Cantonese and English. Additional languages will be a plus.<br>Exceptional communication and marketing skills<br>Proven track record in building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction<br>Experience in Financial Institutions and Real Estate is a plus<br></p>
