Project Coordinator (5-day Work, Flexible Working Hours)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support our technology teams in delivering high-impact projects. You’ll play a key role in organizing project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders. Job Duties

• Assist the Project Manager in site inspections, quality control, and verification of LED installations, including fixture alignment, wiring, structural mounting, and final commissioning on ongoing projects

• Prepare and manage materials submissions (e.g., LED fixtures, drivers, controllers, cabling, mounting hardware), project documents, installation schedules, and work programs

• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, electrical/mechanical subcontractors, LED suppliers, and specialized installation teams

• Monitor site progress for LED installation activities, conduct on-site coordination, and address any installation-related issues or changes promptly

• Attend site visits, pre-installation surveys, progress meetings, and handover inspections

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, project specifications, and LED system performance standards (e.g., IP ratings, lighting levels, heat dissipation)

• Occasionally travel is required such as mainland China

Requirements

• Diploma or above in a relevant discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Project Management, or Construction)

• Relevant experience, preferably in LED/lighting installation, electrical fit-out, signage/display projects, or related construction/installation coordination

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with MS Project (or similar scheduling tools) is an advantage

• Self-motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Immediately available is highly preferred
