Business Management Trainee (Hong Kong)

Duties:

2. Customer communication and collaboration: Participate in daily customer communication (such as phone calls, online meetings, and offline visits), accurately understand customer needs and feedback, and promptly synchronize them to the internal team to help maintain customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction;

3. Cross-department coordination and assistance: Communicate project/client needs, promote internal resource cooperation, and assist in solving cross-departmental collaboration issues during project progress;

4. Training period learning and practice: Participate in project management, communication skills, customer service, etc. Special training organized by the company, complete the assigned stage practice tasks, regularly review work results, and quickly enhance core job skills.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above (QS top 100 preferred), finance-related major preferred, 1 to 2 years of work experience (fresh graduates are also welcome);

2. Strong English, Cantonese, and Mandarin communication and expression skills, able to clearly convey information, accurately understand others' needs, have basic listening and feedback skills, high interpersonal sensitivity;
