Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and executing the company's overall information technology strategy, supporting business development and digital transformation goals.
Manage and maintain enterprise-level networks, servers, cloud platforms, and information systems to ensure system stability and efficient operation.
Lead the construction, upgrade and security management of IT infrastructure, including firewalls, backup systems and disaster recovery mechanisms.
Coordinate internal department requirements, promote the application of new technologies and system integration, and improve work efficiency and data application ability.
Supervise IT project progress and budget control, and lead the technical team to complete various project developments and implementation work.

Work requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related fields, with a preference for a master's degree.
Have at least 5 years of IT-related work experience, with at least 2 years of experience in managing teams or leading large IT projects.
Familiar with enterprise-level network architecture, server management (such as Windows Server, Linux), cloud services (such as AWS, Azure) and information security protection technology.
Have good system analysis and problem-solving skills, be able to respond to sudden technical failures and quickly propose solutions.
Have excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, able to effectively explain technical issues to non-technical personnel and push for decision execution.
