Responsibilities:
•Work with the security operations center and security consulting team to provide professional security services to customers
•Design, implement and monitor security measures to protect computer systems, networks and information
• Understand customer IT challenges and security needs, and provide troubleshooting advice to customers
•Work closely with customer stakeholders to deploy security solutions
•Prepare and record standard operating procedures as well as a comprehensive report on further enhancing safety based on the results, findings, and recommendations of safety investigations
Requirements:
• Information Technology/Computer Science or related disciplines Advanced Diploma or above
•2 years or more IT security related experience with at least one year on network security
• Need effective oral and written communication skills as well as proficiency in writing technical specifications
•Good team spirit, self-motivation, and ability to work independently with little supervision
•Good communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
•Good English and Chinese writing and speaking skills, with a requirement to speak Cantonese, and Mandarin is even better
• Need to accept a 7*24 hour shift work schedule
•Working location is the Hong Kong customer office (Hong Kong Government Agency in Central)
