SOP Operation Manager

About this position

We are seeking an experienced SOP Operations Manager to join the BNP Privilege Trust Limited team in the Yau Tong area of Tsim Sha Tsui. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring efficient and effective processes support the company's overall goals.

Your work content

• Develop, implement and continuously improve SOPs to simplify operations and improve productivity

• Monitor SOP compliance, identify process improvement areas

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and solve any operational challenges

• Provide training and guidance to employees to ensure correct execution of SOP

• Analyze performance indicators and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of SOP implementation

• Understand industry trends and best practices, and continuously enhance the company's SOP framework

• Ensure SOP compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies
