Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the electronic recording, updating, sorting and maintenance of employee personnel files to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assist in the publication of recruitment position information, screen applicant resumes, and conduct preliminary telephone communication and interview invitations.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, contact candidates and interviewers, and follow up on related processes.

  • Support the human resources team in implementing corporate culture construction, employee activity planning and training organization, etc. Project work.

  • Handle daily personnel and administrative affairs, complete other related work tasks assigned by the supervisor.


Work requirements

  • Every week, you can attend at least 2 days out of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with working hours from 09:30 to 17:30, and the specific attendance days can be negotiated.

  • Applicants with a degree or graduation in human resources, administration, psychology, business, etc. are preferred, but the academic background is not limited.

  • Have good communication skills and service awareness, be patient and meticulous, and be able to effectively coordinate various needs.

  • Emphasize information security, have a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality, and be able to handle sensitive personnel data properly.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software, familiar with online collaboration tools such as Google Drive, and those with experience in using such tools are preferred.

  • Applicants with HR internship or relevant project experience will be given priority, and those who are proactive and eager to learn will also be welcome to apply.

  • Must be able to speak fluent Cantonese, understand written English and Mandarin communication is preferred.

  • Holders of Hong Kong permanent residency, or those with high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG visa, dependent visa, and other valid work permits may apply.
