Restaurant Manager

<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, and completing various business and management indicators;</p><p>2. According to the financial budget and management objectives, do a good job of cost control;</p><p>3. Improve customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction in the restaurant;</p><p>4. Ensure food safety in the restaurant;</p><p>5. Responsible for managing, maintaining and expanding the restaurant's employer brand and external relationships;</p><p>6. Responsible for the recruitment, training and cultivation of restaurant staff;</p><p>7. Execute the company's rules and regulations and implement them into work;</p><p>8. Complete other work tasks assigned by senior leaders.</p><p></p><p>Qualifications: </p><p>1. College degree or above, good image and temperament;</p><p>2. More than 5 years of large-scale chain Chinese restaurant management experience, those with less experience will be considered as assistant manager/vice manager;</p><p>3. Have strong service awareness and familiar customer management and execution ability;</p><p>4. Have a more sensitive market sense and sensitivity;</p><p></p><p>6. Proficient in personnel management and team building, optimizing work processes, and improving team efficiency and cohesiveness;</p><p> 7. Proficient in data analysis, cost control, and financial management;</p><p>8. Able to use office software fluently;</p><p>9. Love serving others, work solidly and seriously, with strong sense of career and responsibility. </p><p></p>
