Internship - F&B Attendant at the Spices

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our Food & Beverage team. This role will be responsible for activities to support the daily operation in our restaurant - Spices. That placement will start in Q1 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting and waiting on all guests.
• Perform pre-service and after-service procedures as per standard.
• Understand all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
• Observe and maintain the daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant and make recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed

General Requirements

• Ideally a current undergraduate pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Possesses a pleasant personality, is highly customer-oriented, and demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua and other language would be an asset
