E-commerce operations/ manager

Recruitment: Amazon and other e-commerce operations specialist (full-time)

Location: Hong Kong
Salary:Depends on experience) + Performance bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Amazon sales strategy, meet monthly sales targets, and optimize store performance.

• Optimize product pages (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ content) to increase exposure, SEO, and conversion rates.

• Monitor daily/weekly sales data, traffic volume, rankings, and inventory using Seller Central tools for analysis, and provide reports and recommendations.

• Manage PPC ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, DSP): Keyword research, bidding, budget, performance optimization.

• Handling customer service: Respond to inquiries/evaluations within 24 hours, manage returns/refunds, and maintain account health (A-to-Z compensation).

• Coordinate inventory planning, FBA shipping, and promotional activities (Lightning Deals, Coupons, Prime Day).

• Track competitors, market trends, run A/B tests, and improve ROI.

Requirements:

• E-commerce or English-related professional is preferred.

• 1-3 years of Amazon operations experience (with preference for US/European stations) ;

• Careful, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Prioritization: Have wet wipes/personal care products or Meituan experience
