IT General Equipment Engineer

<p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p></p><p>1. Responsible for providing technical support for PC devices within the venue, handling PC terminal hardware failures;</p><p>2. Responsible for the unpacking, installation, disassembly, sealing, and post-game recovery of PC equipment;</p><p>3. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the printing and copying equipment in the venue, and solving problems immediately;</p><p>4. Responsible for completing the recovery and withdrawal of the dueling copy machine after the event.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p></p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, Computer Science and Technology, Information Technology or related fields of study are preferred;</p><p>2. Will be fluent in Cantonese communication;</p><p></p><p>4. Have basic knowledge of the Windows operating system, basic knowledge of networks and related troubleshooting skills;</p><p>5. Have excellent customer service skills;</p><p>6. Have excellent communication skills;</p><p>7. Have good problem-solving skills;</p><p>8. Able to work in high-pressure environments;</p><p>9. Have team collaboration skills.</p>
