Customer Service Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer repair appointments, service inquiries, time changes, and emergency coordination by phone, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring all communication records are accurate and complete, and promptly synchronize progress within the internal system.

• Clear communication of the technician's test results, maintenance recommendations, and detailed quotation to the customer, proactive explanation of technical terms and billing details, patient response to various questions, and improving information transparency and customer trust.

Work requirements

• Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and basic English (such as daily greetings, simple descriptions, writing short messages and emails) ; no professional language certificate is required, but you must pass the oral evaluation of the interview.

• Have clear writing skills, be able to independently write complete structures, clear meanings in Chinese emails, internal handover records and customer notification content.

• Familiar with basic computer operations, able to quickly learn the company's internal maintenance management system (including customer data input, work order tracking, report generation, etc.), with basic Excel and Word application skills as good.
