Responsibilities

Responsible for daily in-store beauty treatments
Provide professional skincare treatment services and beauty knowledge to customers
Introduce and sell suitable products and treatments to customers
Follow up on customer needs and provide thoughtful post-purchase support
Provide customers with product introduction and skin care knowledge
Handle general store affairs
Understand customer needs, provide professional beauty advice and information, and build good relationships with customers

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily beauty treatments at the branch, providing professional care services to customers.
• Provide beauty knowledge consultation to customers, recommend suitable products and treatments based on their needs.
• Maintain customer relationships, follow up on customer feedback and provide after-sales service.
• Introduce product efficacy and skincare techniques, and help customers establish correct maintenance concepts.
• Assist with handling store administrative affairs, keep the work environment clean and orderly.

Requirements:

• Applicants with relevant beauty and skincare experience and holding professional beauty qualifications are preferred.
• Have good communication skills, be able to build trust and good interaction with customers.
• Have basic sales skills, able to effectively promote products and treatments.
• Responsibility and team spirit, able to handle daily affairs independently.
• Can adapt to the work schedule from Monday to Friday 12 noon to 9 pm.
