Job Responsibilities 1. Establish new pharmaceutical and health food factories Responsible for equipment research, procurement, installation, commissioning, and daily management. Draft equipment requirement documents (URS), follow up on renovation projects and construction progress. Organize and archive documents, regularly report progress to the plant manager, and assist in the preparation of qualification applications. 2. Factory expansion and renovation project New equipment survey and purchase, replacement of existing equipment, and assistance in construction progress management. 3. Daily affairs Assist in production certification, government affairs, regulatory policy follow-up, etc. daily operations of the factory.
II. Position requirements 1. Education and professional qualifications College degree or above, food science, pharmaceutical engineering, etc. related professional; those with industry experience can relax academic requirements. Familiar with health supplements/food-related regulations and factory construction process is preferred. 2. Work experience 2 years of experience as assistant plant manager, factory preparation or production management; those with experience in building or expanding factories are preferred. Have project progress control ability, and be able to handle affairs independently. 3. Ability requirements Strong communication and coordination skills, high execution ability, and meticulousness.
