Hong Kong-China driver (company and private driver)

## Work location

- Tsim Sha Tsui

- Need to frequently travel between the mainland (including cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area)

- Need to go to the card supplier's factory to pick up gift cards and supplies

## Work hours

- Basic working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm (including 1 hour for meals)

- Flexible work schedule: Need to adjust working hours according to the flexible business schedule of high-level managers, including early morning (7 am or earlier) or late evening (9 pm or later) work

- Cross-border customs clearance: Work time has been reserved for travel to and from the mainland, customs clearance, and transportation time

- Overnight stay in the mainland: Need to stay overnight in the mainland according to actual work needs (company provides accommodation arrangements or overnight allowance)

- Weekends and public holidays: Need to rotate shifts according to business needs

- Weekly working hours: About 48 hours (excluding meal times), overtime is compensated according to the Labor Law

## Job Description

- Responsible for transporting high-level managers between Hong Kong and China, handling cross-border customs clearance matters

- Travel to mainland China to collect gift cards and related supplies from domestic card suppliers' factories based on business needs

- Ensure daily vehicle cleaning, maintenance and basic repairs

- Ensure safe and timely travel

- Need to stay overnight in the mainland according to actual work needs

- If no car is available, assist in handling general office administrative affairs, including but not limited to document delivery, procurement of supplies, simple clerical work and other support work

## Entry Requirements

- Hold valid Hong Kong and Chinese driving licenses (with Hong Kong and Chinese driving experience preferred)

- Familiar with the road conditions and customs clearance procedures of both Hong Kong and the mainland, as well as mainland traffic regulations

- Have a good driving record and safety awareness

- Have good communication skills, able to speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin

- Trustworthy, responsible, with good time management skills

- Able to accept flexible working hours, frequent cross-border business trips and overnight stays in the mainland

- Applicants with basic computer operations and word processing skills are preferred
