Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery in line with company standards
Supervise, train, and support team members to maintain high levels of performance and morale
Assist in scheduling staff, managing timekeeping, and distributing work assignments as needed
Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining or service experience
Collaborate with management to implement operational procedures, health and safety regulations, and inventory controls

Requirements

Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality or food service industry
Strong understanding of operational workflows, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions during fast-paced situations
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
