Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the purchase and sale and leasing of residential, commercial and industrial properties, including accompanying customers to inspect units on site, arranging video viewings and providing professional market analysis.
Develop potential customers through telephone, social platforms and in-store reception, establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, and improve conversion rates.
Assist customers to complete the transaction process, including coordinating the negotiation between the buyer and the seller, preparing real estate information, filling out the temporary purchase and sale contract (IC) and following up the formal purchase and sale contract (FC) signature matters.
Participate in community promotion activities, real estate sales exhibitions and online live broadcasts to enhance personal and corporate market visibility and professional image in line with the company's brand strategy.

Work requirements

Preference will be given to those holding a real estate license (salesperson) issued by the Hong Kong Real Estate Agents Authority (EAA)
Hong Kong local real estate sales or customer service experience, familiar with the distribution and price trends of major housing estates in the New Territories, Kowloon and Hong Kong Island
Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to communicate with customers of different backgrounds in Mandarin and basic English; write clearly, be able to independently write a real estate project introduction and customer follow-up record.
