Job Overview

Focus on strategic development in new markets, new channels and new customer modes, break through the existing business boundaries, and find and validate new business growth points for the company.

Main responsibilities

1. Market research: Systematic research and evaluation of emerging market potential, competitive landscape and entry strategies, write a business plan.

2. Pipeline innovation: Develop and manage agent, distributor and other partner relationships; acquire strategic customers through international exhibitions, industry alliances and other new channels.

5. Information reporting: Regularly provide market expansion progress reports and strategic advice to management.

Job Requirements

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, international business major is preferred.

2. Language skills: Fluent in English, familiar with a second language (such as Spanish, German) is preferred.

3. Work experience: More than 3 years of international market development or strategic sales experience, those who have successfully developed new markets from scratch are preferred.

4. Core competencies: Excellent market research, project planning and proposal skills; have forward-looking thinking and high-level social skills; strong self-motivation and stress resistance.

5. Others: Able to adapt to high frequency business trips.
