Recruitment consultant

Job Responsibilities

• According to Hong Kong's job market demand, assist in searching and screening suitable candidates

• Have a preliminary communication with the candidate, understand their background, job seeking intentions and salary expectations

• Co-ordinate and push forward the recruitment process, including arranging interviews, following up on feedback and assisting with the completion of the employment program

• Organize and maintain a candidate database to ensure accurate and timely information updates

• Support the team in handling daily administrative affairs and improve overall operating efficiency

Work requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate students majoring in human resources, business administration or related sciences are preferred

• Good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese can add points

• Interested in recruitment consulting work, with a proactive and positive attitude

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Able to work under pressure and complete multiple tasks on time
