Keep the bar and dining area clean and orderly, follow the cleaning and disinfection schedule, and implement food safety and sanitation standards.
Proactively greet customers, provide friendly and professional service, properly handle customer inquiries, suggestions or simple complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Assist in inventory management, regularly inventory materials, and promptly reflect the raw material inventory status to the supervisor to avoid stockouts or expired situations.
Support in-store promotional activities such as tasting promotion, membership promotion, social platform interaction, etc., to support the brand's localization operating goals.
Requirements:
Applicants must be at least 16 years old, with no relevant work experience required. Fresh graduates and part-time workers are welcome to apply; basic Cantonese communication skills are required, able to understand and express simple ideas, and understanding Mandarin or English is an added bonus.
Kind and polite personality, patient and attentive, able to adapt to a fast-paced service environment, and with basic team collaboration awareness and responsibility.
Willing to accept shift arrangements, including day shifts, night shifts, holidays and peak periods (such as weekends and public holidays) on duty, with approximately 4-6 days off per month.
Have basic mathematical skills, be able to operate a touch-screen ordering system and electronic payment equipment fluently, have a high learning willingness, and be able to master beverage standards and operating procedures within a short period of time.
