Student Intern – Marketing & Event Management (Part time)

Key Responsibilities

• Event Support

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events of various scales, such as launch ceremonies, conferences, and CSR initiatives.

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, materials preparation, run-down support, and vendor liaison.

• Marketing & Communications

  • Develop engaging content for pre-event and post-event social media posts.

  • Support website content updates and contribute to newsletters.

  • Assist in creating marketing collateral using Canva and other tools.

• Administrative & Membership Support

  • Maintain and update the membership database.

  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

• Research

  • Conduct desktop research related to assigned projects, industry trends, and benchmarking needs.

Requirements

• Current university student majoring in Business, Marketing, Communications, Languages, or related disciplines

• Passionate, responsible, proactive, and a good team player

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Good knowledge of Canva for creating visual and promotional materials

• Available to work 16–20 hours per week
