QC Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full process of IC incoming material quality inspection, ensuring that the material meets the quality standards and specifications requirements

• Conduct professional analysis and processing of abnormal materials, trace the root cause of the problem and propose improvement suggestions

• Prepare detailed inspection reports and quality records to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and traceability

• Regularly conduct quality data analysis, identify potential risks and drive continuous improvement of the quality inspection process

Work requirements

• College degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in IC quality inspection or electronic component testing

• Preference will be given to those with trade IC testing experience, familiar with market circulation models and counterfeit risk identification

• Proficient in operating ESD test equipment, oscilloscopes, LCR test equipment, high-power microscopes, etc. common testing equipment

• Have the ability to independently execute reliability testing, EMC/EMI testing, etc. projects, and master testing standards and judgment criteria

• Able to read English technical documents and have basic English comprehension abilities; fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, making it easy to communicate across departments
