Policy Owner Services Manager - Insurance co

Responsibilities:

• Participate in various life system projects, managing project quality and delivery

• Drive business requirement discussions and collaboration with key operation users to conduct feasibility analysis and determine cost & benefits

• Liaise closely with operation users, BA and IT teams to set project milestones, ensure effective delivery of solutions and timely resolution of disputes

• Develop deep understanding of the business & system and actively contribute to future business

• Prepare management report and data analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder with minimum 5 years life insurance experience in system development projects

• Good team player, self-motivated and independent

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Detail-oriented and strong communication skill with different levels

• Good command of both written and spoken English
