<div>Job Responsibilities</div>
<ul>
<li>Execute daily kitchen operations to ensure all cooking tasks are carried out smoothly</li>
<li>Responsible for preparing, cutting and pre-processing ingredients, completing various pre-work according to standard procedures</li>
<li>Cook specified dishes according to the menu requirements, maintain stable food quality and meet hygiene standards</li>
<li>Assist in supervising food storage and preservation processes, and regularly inspect the operation of refrigeration and freezing equipment</li>
<li>Participate in kitchen cleaning and organization work, maintain a clean and orderly operating environment, and meet food safety standards</li>
</ul>
<div>Work requirements</div>
<ul>
<li>Have relevant work experience in a Chinese restaurant kitchen, those with experience in chain dining or franchise operations are preferred</li>
<li>Familiar with common fast food cooking techniques, able to independently complete the preparation of multiple dishes</li>
<li>Understand food safety and personal hygiene standards, those with relevant certificates are better</li>
<li>Adapt to shift work and high-pressure work environment, with good team spirit and communication skills</li>
<li>Willing to cooperate with the head store management guidelines, follow the standard operating procedures and support team collaboration</li>
