Senior channel sales in the Russian language area

Job Responsibilities

• Completely responsible for channel expansion and management in the Commonwealth of Independent States (including Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, etc. countries), formulate and implement regional channel development strategies, and enhance brand market coverage and penetration rate.

• Lead the CIS market OEM/ODM business planning and execution, coordinate internal R&D, production and quality teams, and push customer customized product projects from negotiation, sampling to mass production smoothly.

• Maintain existing core distributors and strategic partnership relationships, efficiently handle various stages of order fulfillment, including contract review, delivery arrangements, logistics follow-up and post-purchase coordination, and ensure customer satisfaction and repurchase rate.

• Proactively explore and push for new product private label (Private Label) cooperation opportunities, provide adaptive solutions based on local market demand, and assist customers in completing brand positioning, packaging design and regulatory compliance consulting support.

• Regularly travel to CIS countries to conduct on-the-ground market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews, and produce insightful market reports to support product strategy and marketing decisions; at the same time, cooperate with customers to hold promotion activities, training sessions and channel recruitment meetings to strengthen local market expansion capabilities.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 to 10 years of sales and management experience, of which at least 3 years are focused on the electronic cigarette industry, and with a cumulative of at least 3 years of practical experience in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) market channel sales.

• Proficient in Russian, able to conduct business negotiations, contract communication and customer training independently in Russian; with good English and Mandarin abilities, able to support cross-cultural collaboration and internal cross-departmental communication.

• In-depth understanding of the electronic cigarette supply chain, familiar with mainstream device types (such as disposable electronic cigarettes, rechargeable main units, and vaporization core technology), international regulatory frameworks (such as TPD, GOST, and EAC certification), and local entry requirements.

• Proficient in international trade operations, including letters of credit (L/C), TT payment, INCOTERMS 2020 clause application, export customs clearance, logistics coordination and foreign exchange settlement, etc. key links.

• Have excellent market sensitivity, customer-oriented thinking and independent work ability, be able to adapt to frequent business trips, and build trust, solve problems and achieve sales targets in a multicultural environment.
