Job Description: Analyst Programmer

Position Overview
We are seeking an Analyst Programmer to join our Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of application systems, ensuring they meet user requirements and align with business objectives. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance system functionality.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain application systems through user requirements collection, system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Provide support for user acceptance testing, conduct user training, and ensure ongoing application maintenance and support.
• Prepare and review system documentation in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
• Analyze user requests and inquiries to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements for application enhancements.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT application development, with hands-on experience in user requirement collection, system design, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, GoLang, NodeJS, RESTful/GraphQL API, SQL, ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, JSON, and web application programming with responsive design.
• Knowledge of Call Center Platform Functionalities is an advantage
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS and On-Premises solution design is an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Mature, customer-oriented, independent, flexible, and capable of working effectively in teams.
• Self-motivated and keen on learning
