Logistics Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the whole process of order follow-up, including the tracking and management of goods handling status, ensuring a smooth logistics process.
• Receive and analyze customer needs, through rapid communication and coordination, continuously optimize logistics service quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Check customer order information, perform review, reconciliation, and order modification, etc. for follow-up work.
• Coordinate local pick-up arrangements to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Complete other business-related tasks assigned by superiors and assist in the overall operation of the department.

Work requirements:

• Have 1 to 3 years of supply chain or logistics-related work experience, familiar with warehouse operations, and familiar with warehouse operations.
• Need to be familiar with the operation of ERP or WMS systems, and have basic computer office software operation skills.
• Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to respond quickly and solve problems.
• Positive and proactive personality, with a team spirit and high sense of responsibility.
• Strong stress resistance, able to maintain high efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
