Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the planning, building and deployment of AI intelligent agents (AI Agents), designing corresponding automated processes and decision-making logic based on business scenarios.
Execute MCP (Multi-Component Platform) system configuration and integration, and be familiar with using LangGraph or CrewAI framework for workflow scheduling, node debugging, and performance validation.
Collaborate with R&D, product and operations teams to clarify requirements and translate them into executable AI solutions, ensuring technical implementation and business objectives are aligned.
Establish a basic monitoring mechanism, track the execution success rate, response delay, and abnormal trigger frequency of AI agents, and regularly produce maintenance reports for internal evaluation.

Work requirements

Have Python programming skills, familiar with LangGraph, CrewAI or other LLM orchestration frameworks, and practical application experience (with project proof of concept is even better).
Understand the core architecture of the AI Agent, including memory management, tool calling (Tool Calling), planning and reflection (Planning & Reflection), etc. key module operation principles.
Have basic system concepts, be able to operate in a Linux environment, write Shell scripts, configure API Gateway or RESTful service chaining, and handle common HTTP/JSON communication problems.
Have cross-team communication and coordination skills, be able to explain AI functional boundaries and limitations to product or operation units in non-technical language, and proactively clarify ambiguous requirements.
Pay attention to details and system stability, have the awareness of autonomous problem-solving, and be able to locate the root cause of abnormalities through log analysis and step-by-step testing in the absence of complete files.
