Business Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Regularly visit potential customers and existing customers, actively expand new markets, and enhance the company's business coverage and market share

• Handle customer inquiries, order processing and payment follow-up, post-purchase support, and common query responses to ensure a smooth and efficient service process

• Assist the team in participating in promotional activities, provide front-line market feedback, and assist in optimizing marketing strategies and product positioning

• Organize customer information, sales records, and market trends as required by the company, supporting internal management and performance analysis

Requirements:

• Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate with customers in a clear, polite and persuasive manner

• Have basic computer skills (such as Microsoft Office), be able to independently use mobile phones and computers to process daily business processes

• Outgoing and proactive personality, strong stress resistance, good interpersonal sense and negotiation skills, and able to adapt to dual-track mode of outdoor promotion and office collaboration

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, able to start work immediately, and accept flexible working hours and shift arrangements (including Saturday morning shifts), but not accept summer work or part-time applications
