Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the finance team to ensure effective financial operations and coordination
· Conduct financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting activities and cash flow management
· Prepare monthly book closing timely and accurately
· Assist in various corporate finance activities including preparation of financial model, liaison with bankers and professional parties
· Consolidate, analyse and review financial and business performance of business units
· Identify area of improvement to enhance operational efficiency
· Work closely with internal parties to review consolidated management reports and analysis
· Responsible for statutory and internal reporting, internal controls, daily accounting operations, tax affairs and statutory audit
Requirements:
· Degree in Accounting or Equivalent
· Minimum 5-6 years in Finance/Accounting experience in large or listed company
· Member of HKICPA or ACCA or other equivalent professional organization
· Experience of financial management in telecommunication / IT companies or professional audit experience with the Big 4 will be an advantage
· Team player, pro-active, willing to meet challenge attitude, and can work under pressure with tight deadline
· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
· Conversant with PC (MS office) and accounting software (e.g. MYOB, etc.)
· Immediate available is preferred
