Assist in the preparation of business meetings and activities, summarize meeting minutes and important documents, and accompany and interpret (Chinese, English, Cantonese) if necessary to promote smooth cross-language communication.<br><br>5. Manage the family team, including drivers, chefs, maids, and cleaners from Shenzhen and Hong Kong, and handle the chairman's personal affairs properly, such as family schedule management, personal bill payment, and event invitation and coordination, ensuring that all affairs are efficient and private.<br><br><br><br>7. Effectively manage the personal assets of the chairman's family, such as real estate, cars, yachts, etc., ensure that their maintenance and maintenance work is properly executed.<br><br>Requirements:<br><br>1. More than 3 years of experience in executive secretary or assistant, familiar with Hong Kong's business and cultural environment, those who have experience in serving corporate executives or cross-border business will be given priority. <br><br>2. Long-term residence in Hong Kong, fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with excellent cross-language communication skills, able to work freely in a multilingual environment.<br><br>3. Have strong coordination and multi-task processing abilities, be able to maintain work efficiency in a high-pressure environment. At the same time, they need to have high flexibility and service awareness, and be able to adapt to the needs of non-fixed working hours and temporary tasks.<br><br>4.
