Job Description
<div>Job Responsibilities:<br><br>1. Responsible for the daily administrative affairs of the chairman's Hong Kong branch, including schedule planning, meeting coordination, document drafting and archiving, visitor reception, etc. Ensure that all affairs are completed efficiently and accurately.<br><br>2. Coordinate with the Hong Kong branch and headquarters to ensure that information can be quickly and accurately transmitted, and effectively follow up on related matters.<br><br>3. Coordinate the domestic and international travel plans of the chairman, including but not limited to visa application, air ticket/hotel reservation, itinerary planning, and responding to emergencies, to ensure that each trip can be smoothly carried out.<br><br>4. Assist in the preparation of business meetings and activities, summarize meeting minutes and important documents, and accompany and interpret (Chinese, English, Cantonese) if necessary to promote smooth cross-language communication.<br><br>5. Manage the family team, including drivers, chefs, maids, and cleaners from Shenzhen and Hong Kong, and handle the chairman's personal affairs properly, such as family schedule management, personal bill payment, and event invitation and coordination, ensuring that all affairs are efficient and private.<br><br><br><br>7. Effectively manage the personal assets of the chairman's family, such as real estate, cars, yachts, etc., ensure that their maintenance and maintenance work is properly executed.<br><br>Requirements:<br><br>1. More than 3 years of experience in executive secretary or assistant, familiar with Hong Kong's business and cultural environment, those who have experience in serving corporate executives or cross-border business will be given priority. <br><br>2. Long-term residence in Hong Kong, fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with excellent cross-language communication skills, able to work freely in a multilingual environment.<br><br>3. Have strong coordination and multi-task processing abilities, be able to maintain work efficiency in a high-pressure environment. At the same time, they need to have high flexibility and service awareness, and be able to adapt to the needs of non-fixed working hours and temporary tasks.<br><br>4. Proficient in Office office software (Word/Excel/PPT) and scheduling management tools, able to efficiently process files and manage time.<br><br><br><br>1. Hold a Hong Kong driver's license, familiar with local traffic and business resources, which will bring more convenience to daily work. <br><br>2. Those with high-end customer service and international affairs handling experience will showcase more professional qualities and abilities in their work. </div>
