Site office staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily site file processing work, including receiving and sending letters, plan distribution, paper and electronic file archiving, and accurate input and updating of related data.

• Manage site personnel attendance records, daily record and verify the actual on-time and off-time of workers and staff, ensuring attendance data is true and complete.

• Coordinate and manage the administrative affairs of the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF), including employee contribution data processing, application form filling, and coordination and follow-up with the MPF responsible unit of the headquarters.

• Assist in handling temporary administrative support work on the construction site, such as meeting arrangements, stationery and materials management, visitor registration and basic data statistics, etc.

Requirements:

• Applicants with less than one year of relevant administrative or clerical work experience are preferred, but those with no experience can also apply, provided they have a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic English reading and writing abilities (able to understand simple work instructions and fill out English forms), and understanding Mandarin is an added bonus.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the local employment qualifications, and be able to adapt to the construction site work environment and 5.5-day work week (Monday to Saturday morning).

• Have good organizational skills, time management awareness and team spirit, and be able to maintain work efficiency and accuracy in parallel with multiple tasks.
