Coffee Station
Independent production of Italian, hand-drip, cold brew, etc. of all categories of coffee, controlling the taste, appearance, and temperature to ensure stable quality for every cup.
Responsible for daily cleaning, maintenance and inspection of coffee bar equipment, and timely troubleshooting of small faults.
Greet customers warmly and accurately recommend coffee pairings, answering questions about origin, flavor, etc.
Gelato making (Gelato Station)
On-site production of Italian Gelato, participating in flavor development, packaging and display, following the recipe strictly, and controlling the texture and sweetness.
Operate ice cream machines, freezers, etc., and do regular cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance.
Introduce flavors to customers, guide them on how to eat, provide samples, and actively recommend pairings.
Creative Speciality (Tea & Special Drink Station)
Develop and produce non-alcoholic cocktails, creative tea and fruit drinks, combining seasons and trends to create high-visibility signature products.
Strictly control the quality, ratio and output process of raw materials to ensure that every cup has a high degree of uniformity in taste and appearance.
Explain beverage flavor stories and ingredient pairing concepts to customers, and provide personalized customization advice.
Cocktail service (Bar Station)
Create classic cocktails and creative alcohol blends, follow the recipe and production standards, and control the taste, appearance, and alcohol content.
Provide customers with wine recommendations, glass types, and professional advice, and explain cocktail culture and drinking etiquette.
Team collaboration and shift support
Cooperate with store activities, participate in new product promotion, tasting sessions, and brand co-branding activities.
Daily operations
Strictly follow food safety regulations, keep all stations clean, and use food contact tools in a standardized manner.
Participate in daily/weekly operational reports, record production data and customer feedback.
Job Requirements
Education is not limited, 1 to 3 years or above in food and beverage/ coffee/ tea/ mixology related experience is preferred ( those with no experience will receive on-the-job training)
Native level Cantonese, fluent English and Mandarin communication skills
Passionate about the food and beverage industry, willing to learn diverse skills (coffee, Gelato, special blends, cocktails)
Service awareness full score, flexible communication, cheerful personality and love interaction, easily adapting to the peak fast rhythm
Aesthetic online, attention to details, can create visually appealing and tasty products
Valid health certificate, meticulous and responsible work, and compliance with shift scheduling
Able to adapt to night shifts, weekends and holidays, strong stress resistance
