About us

Must have practical planning and execution experience of art galleries, museums or large-scale cultural and artistic exhibitions.

Daily work scope (with a focus on driving business expansion)

As a gallery curator, you are not just the builder of the art space, but also the key driver of the company's business growth. Your daily work will revolve around the following three core domains:

1. Exhibition planning and art cross-border integration (laying the foundation for brand value)

Full process curation: Independently responsible for the annual theme planning, spatial movement design, installation and dismantling of gallery exhibitions.

Cross-border resource integration: cleverly combining gallery art, traditional tea culture (such as tea ceremonies, tea parties) and jewelry business for soft integration, and planning a high-added-value composite theme exhibition.

Artist liaison: Discover, connect and maintain excellent artists, designers and creative talents from home and abroad, and establish a long-term and stable cooperative ecosystem.

Online content production: Collaborate or independently design exhibition promotion posters, exhibition photography, and high-quality

Promotional short films (Reels/TikTok/Redbook, etc.) editing and publication, using new media to expand the gallery's influence.

Copywriting: Responsible for writing exhibition prefaces, artist introductions, media press releases, and promotional copy for various channels.

3. VIP customer operations and business expansion (directly driving business growth)

Business Cooperation Negotiation: Represent the gallery and various commercial institutions, large-scale exhibitions, auction houses or cross-border brands to negotiate and cooperate, expand the gallery's business map.

Job Requirements

Educational background: Art Management, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing or related professional bachelor's degree or above.

Professional skills: Have solid knowledge of art history and contemporary art market; familiar with Photoshop, Filmora or other design and video editing software; those who are proficient in using these software are given priority.
