Job Description

Bank-owned financial company, now sincerely recruiting Branch Customer Service Representative:

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to customers.
Welcome and receive customers who come in person or by phone according to established service standards
Handling customer inquiries and needs, always seeking supervisor's advice when necessary to properly handle customer complaints
Execute loan processing and administrative work
Assist payment transactions, such as disbursing loan proceeds and handling counter payment

Requirements:

Secondary School Education Level
Applicants with consumer finance/banking industry experience are preferred
Good interpersonal relationships and communication skills
Familiar with MS Office
Active, cheerful personality and eager to learn
Good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English
