Digital Marketing Director

Job Description:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for health and medical products on global e-commerce platforms (such as Tmall International, Jingdong Health, Amazon, Shopee, etc.), covering brand promotion, traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, and user retention throughout the entire chain;

• Lead cross-border e-commerce platform's advertising placement and content marketing, including but not limited to:

  • Tmall International Direct Line, Diamond Booth, Super Recommendation, etc. Advertising strategy;

  • Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP ad optimization;

  • Social media (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Douyin) healthy content matrix construction;

• Plan and execute integrated marketing projects, such as:

  • Collaborate with medical experts, nutritionists, and KOLs to conduct live broadcasts and professional endorsements;

  • Pushing the "product + service" model, such as home testing equipment paired with online physician interpretation services;

• Establish a user data analysis system, monitor user behavior through tools such as Google Analytics, Alibaba Data Bank, Amazon Brand Analytics, etc., optimize marketing strategies and ROI;

• Responsible for the compliance review of health and medical product marketing content, ensuring that all promotional materials comply with the advertising laws and medical product promotion guidelines of the target market;

• Push AI marketing tool application, achieve personalized recommendations, dynamic ad creativity, and intelligent customer service interaction;

• Manage cross-border marketing teams, collaborate with product, supply chain and customer service departments to achieve marketing goals and business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, data science, media or related fields;

• At least 8 yearsDigital marketing experience, including5 years or aboveFocus on the health care, health products or cross-border e-commerce industry;

• Have successful cross-border e-commerce marketing cases, such as:

  • No less than 50% ;

  • Achieve product ranking in the Amazon Health & Personal Care categoryCurrently 10 subcategories ;

  • Achieve single product exposure through social media content matrixNo less than 100 million times ;

• Familiar with mainstream e-commerce platform advertising systems and content rules, with medical category advertising compliance experience;

• Have successful cooperation experience with medical experts, KOL institutions, and content platforms;

• Proficient in data analysis tools and marketing automation platforms, with data-driven marketing planning capabilities;

• Excellent Chinese and English communication and content creation skills, able to adapt to cross-border collaboration and cross-cultural marketing environments;
