According to the company's overall strategy, responsible for formulating and implementing private domain (WeChat group and Whatsapp) operation plans, establishing and effectively operating online group buying communities, aiming to enhance community activity and user stickiness;<br><br>Carefully plan and promote private domain group buying activities, including product selection strategy, pricing mechanism, promotion design and execution, and ensure that activity goals and group buying sales goals are achieved;<br><br>Responsible for handling private domain channel customers' inquiries and after-sales service issues, ensuring timely response and efficient resolution of customer problems and complaints, and continuously improving customer satisfaction;<br><br><br><br>Maintain close cooperation with store operations, supply chain and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain and delivery timeliness of group purchase goods, thereby further optimizing users' shopping experience.</div>
